Does his shirt say “homicide”? Is there meaning to that or is it just what he chose to wear for his farewell service? I was at a missions conference that a guy wore a FBI shirt to. It said he was a female body inspector. I gave him points for his honesty.
It does say “homicide.” It’s a shirt he bought when we went to Chicago a couple years ago. It has a police logo beneath “homicide,” and at the bottom it says, “Our day starts when your day ends.” There’s no real meaning to his choice of shirts; it’s just what he wore. He’s often eye-catching like that. I guess it’s a bit curious if you don’t know his personality.
That was one of two shirts he considered buying in Chicago. The other said “Narcotics: you huff and you puff and we’ll blow your door down.” Obviously, he bought the homicide shirt.
