Don’t logo there

Since the debut of the current Burrill Strong Photography website, the same informative but vastly uninspiring logo has occupied the real estate at the top of the page.  I didn’t give it much thought until recently, when the Christmas break interrupted my sports photography schedule and left me with a little extra time to ponder other aesthetic matters like logos; since a vastly uninspiring logo doesn’t seem appropriate for a photographer, I spent some of that extra time working on a replacement logo.  And so, without further verbiage, I present the new Burrill Strong Photography logo:

I’ll also use the BSP symbol by itself:

(And no, having a symbol doesn’t make me like Prince.  But if I start talking about strangely-colored precipitation … well, then there might be something to that comparison.)
