Yes, that is my Little Machine of Style and Practicality. And that is me, hard at work … trying to remember when to use the command key instead of ctrl or alt.

That is one sexy computer!!! 😉
I agree…that is one sexy computer. Welcome the world of REAL computers!! 🙂
*sigh* I can’t believe that you’ve gone over to the dark side…
Who took the picture?
Jenny, clearly, it is not the dark side. After all, it’s white. If anything, my Dell is the dark side — it’s black. If anything, I have gone toward the light!
Zippy, my camera took the picture. I set it on the arm of the sofa and used the timer. Hence the less-than-good quality. I just wanted to add a shot of the new machine.
Oh now…you know I couldn’t resist putting something up about black and white….Dell IS the dark side, I just don’t know when I can get myself a MAC…that will be a whole new world for this Bunny.
Congrats….you must name your new child, it’s absolutely beautiful, keep those strange pictures on of White Icing and I, Boo.
Your Jenny-Girl.
You haven’t told us whether or not you like being a part of the resistance.
Dells are not the dark side… (except, perhaps, for their customer service, but that’s another debate) You clearly have never taken any history or English classes or you would know that looks can be deceiving… and things are seldom as they appear…
It is amazing how people think that Macintosh is of The Darkside, until they truly get to use one.
I converted years ago. I currently own 3. (G3 imac, G4 powermac, G4 Powerbook. The newest one is almost 6 years old. All still work very well. My powerbook still outpaces many PC Laptops produced currently.
Anyway, CONGRATULATIONS!
Coincidently, I use Macs all the time at work. They drive me crazy – so user unfriendly. Though, in the grand scheme of things, I don’t really care what kind of computer Burrill uses… 🙂
Paul, I am enjoying the new machine so far. I haven’t yet put a lot of software on it, so I can’t be too in-depth with my reaction. But I like it so far.
Jenny, you should know by now that we here at the Mindreader are all about judging on the surface. We eschew thoughtful analysis.
Also, I think “user unfriendly” is entirely relative. It has been very friendly to this user.
Grats on the Mac, let me know if you need any pointers, if you have a pc version of PhotoShop I have heard of adobie swaping for mac version upon request
