This installment of TWICSP is being filed from Idaho. This is relevant for two reasons. First: with mountain views like these, it’s no wonder Idaho’s potatoes are delicious (and famous). And second: between the whole leaving town thing and my early Saturday morning departure, I had to rush a bit to pick out a few basketball shots before I left so I could put together this post after I arrived in the land of Because Our Knee-High Scrub Is So Real, We Believe Trees Are Merely A Myth Cleverly Constructed By Inscrutably Devious Midwestern Shade-Lovers.
So: here I am in the home of the golden-brown french fry plant (some disassembly required), and here’s your weekly dose — slightly smaller, but still ruthlessly addictive — of Chelsea sports photography.
Wednesday: Hockey
Chelsea defeated Huron, 8-1.
Not only did Andrew Brown score on this shot, but he also managed to put together a hat trick. That’s why they call him Hat-Trick Brown. (Well, they would if they had any sense.)
Friday: Basketball
The Chelsea women lost to Dexter, 31-44.
Friday: Basketball
The Chelsea men lost to Dexter, 36-53.
Wednesday: Hockey
Chelsea played Lumen Christi and, as usual, it was entertaining. Lumen Christi led 3-1 at one point, but Chelsea tied the score at 3, and the game went into overtime; a couple minutes into the fourth period, Andrew Brown skated past everybody — not an uncommon occurrence — and scored the game-winning goal.

Wednesday: Hoc–uh, never mind.
Chelsea was supposed to play a hockey game against Dexter, but a scheduling problem meant there was only a third of the officiating crew at the arena. Oops. The game will be rescheduled.
Saturday: Hockey (really!)
On the strength of an Andrew Brown hat trick, Chelsea beat Plymouth, 5-3.
Bonus Create-Your-Own-Caption Photo:
I spent the football season writing captions; now it’s your turn. Why is Andrew Brown playing air guitar during the game? Is he inviting Ethan Johnson (19) to play Guitar Hero after the game?
