Chelsea faced Dexter in the playoffs.
People make great faces when things are hitting them in the head.
See?!
The Dexter coach disagreed with the referee so frequently and so vocally that the referee gave him a yellow card and told him to click it or ticket. (Well, not in those exact words. But you know what I mean.)
The coach didn’t understand all the fuss. But to avoid getting tossed, he spent the rest of the game shouting instructions and corrections that could apply both to his players and to the referee.
Chelsea’s coach took a quieter approach. But he could be writing anything in that notebook.
The game remained scoreless through regulation and two overtimes, so it went to a shootout. Dexter prevailed in the shootout, 3-2.
And there was much rejoicing.
Of course, there was much not-rejoicing, too.
